Grilled Chicken & Apple Caesar


14 oz. bag Pasta
3 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts,
grilled and cut into strips, or 2 – 6 oz. packages
grilled chicken breast strips, available in
refrigerated section of supermarket
1/2 cup prepared Caesar Salad dressing
1/2 cup diced celery
1 diced apple
1 cup chopped Romaine lettuce
Parmesan cheese, optional

Cook pasta in gently boiling water for approximately 6 minutes, until tender but firm. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Combine pasta and above ingredients in a large bowl. Season to taste and enjoy! If making ahead, toss cooked pasta lightly with olive oil, and store all veggies separately. Add chopped Romaine just before serving to maintain crispness.

Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Serves 6-8.
